How long does it take to produce a book?
Processing time for regular orders is 7 business days, Express within 4 and Overnight within 3. After that the
transit times depend on the mail service. The table above shows the estimated combined production + transit times for the 3 speed levels
Note that Regular shipping times are approximate and can vary. The above estimates are typical values, however occasionally transit times can be longer. Express and Overnight shipping use a guaranteed mail
service and are therefore quite accurate.
Aren't you desecrating classic works of literature?
Not at all. In fact we think we're promoting people reading older
works that might be
neglected in favor of the latest fad. And what better way to get a young (or old!) person
to read than give them a book starring themselves!
Copyright? Is this allowed (and can I get Lord of the Rings?)
The copyright has expired on all the titles we carry. That's why
we're Customized Classics! The Lord of the Rings
should be out of copyright in the US and EU in 2048...we definitely
plan to carry it! It'll be available to Canadian customers
in 2023...
What would the authors think - don't you realize Shakespeare is spinning in his grave right
now?
With the current price of gasoline, we strongly support alternative sources of energy...

What kind of binding do you use?
We use a standard "perfect-binding" process. This is the same
as any paperback
you'd buy at a bookstore — except it stars YOU!
Do you offer hardbound books?
Not yet. We're still trying to find a way of producing these that is cost-efficient
keeping in view our specialized requirements.
I own a bookstore/gift-shop. Can I carry your books?
Yes you can! Inquire about our dealer program by sending an email to  .
It's very simple, there are no complicated contracts, and we can supply you with both web pages and
promotional items like order forms, posters etc.
I want to purchase a large quantity of the same book for a wedding favor or corporate gift — do you
offer any bulk discounts?
Yes we do. Email with details of your order. Discounts begin with orders of 10 or more of the same book
My country isn't listed on your payment processing page. Can you ship to XYZ?
Yes we can. Simply email us your customizations and we can arrange alternate payments.
We take Paypal or international money orders. We limit credit-card payments to a few countries as
a precaution against fraud.
